Kickfit Cardo KB is a KickAss fitness training for guys & girls looking for a circuit intense workout to develop core and upper body strength.
The Kickfit Cardo KB fitness training program incorporates martial arts kicks and punches for a bag workouts . Our Instructors will also teach self defense Martials Arts skills that can be used as part of your work out and ready for personal protection.
Mr. Dave Welburn , Coach Dave will take to through a workout designed for all levels , working on core strength development and cardio Kick-Fit calorie burning moves and techniques . These workout will leave you feeling refreshed .
Mrs. Sydnie Johnson , is a 2nd degree black belt. With her fighting experiences and over her 12 years of training and her National and World Martial Arts competitions , she will bring the winning drive to deliver a great workout for the novice individual looking to get in better shape , release some stress , learn some martial arts moves and techniques or just have fun
